PRICES PER NIGHT:

• Double room, double bed or twin beds, or double single use, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and self serve breakfast included: min. € 130,00 - max. € 300,00 
• Room with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and self serve breakfast: min. € 100,00 - max. € 200,00
• Extra bed: min. € 40,00 - max. € 60,00

Prices follow Rome tourist season and the events taking place at Stadio Olimpico, Foro Italico, Auditorium Parco Della Musica, MAXXI and are subjet to the commissions and the discounts applied by Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, Airbnb, bed-and-breakfast.it

Prices are visible on Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, Airbnb, bed-and-breakfast.it  and will be communicated to individual requests of direct reservation, not subject to commissions, depending on availability of the rooms.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

TOURIST TAX:

€6,00 per person per night, to be paid cash on check-in during registration.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT:

after confirmation of availability and to make your reservation, you can send the deposit of the cost of the first night by bank money transfer to the following swift/bic bank code: BNLIITR1BIZ, IBAN: IT78V 01005 03309 0000 0000 9616, BANCA NAZIONALE DEL LAVORO SPA  C/O Agenzia Cassa C.O.N.I., via Costantino Nigra 15, 00194 Rome, Italy, account entitled to Lia Sterlini.

The balance is to be paid cash on arrival, or by bank money transfer before check-in date.

Payments by cheques, credit cards and ATM are not accepted. If you want to pay by credit card, you can make your reservation via Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, Airbnb.

 CANCELLATION POLICY: 

without penalties if the cancellation is communicated with at least 7 days notice from check-in date.

For late cancellations, communicated within 7 days from the date of arrival, not communicated at all, and for no-show, the penalty is the cost of the first night.

CHECK-IN:

Guests’check-in is only on appointment. There is no self check-in. Guests are personally received. Rooms are usually available from 1:00 p.m.

There is not a reception service available 24hrs a day like in the hotels. 

Always communicate the estimated time of arrival in the bed and breakfast at least 3 days before check in date and always inform of any delay, in case of change of the time of the appointment, and also 15 min before arriving in the B&B, by calling or texting to (+39) 339 2373563.

Otherwise, guests might wait and find nobody to receive them.

by 10:00 a.m.

Luggage storage available until departure, if later than check-out time.
